At Mingo, we started from a simple observation: most transformations don’t succeed because we fail to effectively consider and manage human behaviour. With over thirty years of experience transforming organisations, we've seen that people are the key to making change sustainable and successful.

That’s why we aim to make understanding and handling change a core skill across all organisations. Our mission is broad: to empower every organisation and individual, regardless of their role or level, with the knowledge and tools to navigate and drive change successfully.

By fostering a culture where change is skillfully managed, we aim to enhance the well-being of individuals and ensure the overall success and health of organisations.

We're a Behavioural Change Agency

We solve problems and deliver outcomes, we don't place contractors. Change is a journey requiring different skills and capabilities along the way. We focus on the job to be done and have the breadth of skills and relationships to do them all well. We know this is the best model for our clients looking for external support.

We Coach, Educate and Empower

Our mission is to empower you to navigate and drive change, not become dependent on us.  Our education and coaching programs teach your team resilience and gives them repeatable skills and knowledge  to manage through change.

We Deliver Flexibility and Certainty

We provide outcomes to problems. We don't bill you by the hour or the day.  Our focus on outcomes means you only need to consume our services when you need us and don't end up with expensive, under-utilised resource or the wrong skillset.

With a background in Behavioural Economics & Complexity Theory, Mike has over thirty years of experience in leading significant change activities across technology, financial, government and FMCG verticals in Asia, the US, Australia and New Zealand.

Scott is an experienced transformation and change consultant who has designed and led numerous complex technology change programmes of work for major public and private sector organisations in both New Zealand and Australia.

Stacey Lowe

Snr Partner - Behavioural Change

Stacey specializes in Organisational Psychology and leads our Sydney based training and change activities. She has worked on numerous change activities & specialises in technology change and large-scale, long term societal change projects.
